The greatest road race festival in the world will roar back into life on May 30th, 2009! After the excitement of the 2008 Isle of Man TT celebrations, when fans were treated to some of the most competitive racing the event has ever seen, all eyes are now on this year. Manx Gas are once again pleased to be a part of this amazing event, by sponsoring teams in both the Sidecar and Solo events.

Klaffi
Team Klaffi was born from the enthusiasm and passion for motor racing of Klaus Klaffenbock in 2002 after a very successful career in Sidecar Racing. Over the years he has achieved one World Title, three runner up places and four third places in the final World Championship  standings. Needless to say, during these years he has accumulated a great deal of knowledge and understanding of the motor-sport world, from a technical as well as a business point of view. After only one year in the World Supersport class, the talent and dedication of Team Klaffi was soon recognized by the biggest motorcycle company in the world, HONDA. This has offered the team the necessary support to aim for more success including the Isle of Man TT.

James McCullagh
James McCullagh is a 28 year old Irish racer who came second in last years Senior Manx Grand Prix lapping at 120mph. An up and coming racer he will be riding in all 5 solo races on the Mountain Course on Honda and Suzuki bikes.
